All our flats / studios /
serviced apartments are completely furnished and ready to move in. We
try to provide apartments in a harmoniously way as possible.
To make you feel like at home, we supply the kitchen as rich as
possible. You shall be able to make almost every menu you like. Several
pans, kitchen utensils, bowl’s as well as plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery
are provided. Only the fridge has to be filled up by your own.
To make your flat comfortable,
we relate the bed sheets and towels only from 1st class
suppliers. These items will be changed weekly in your apartment by our
own service crew and will be washed and ironed in our laundry.
The City Appartements – Cleaning
crew visits you once a week. Apart to the cleaning they remove your
garbage, clean the stairways and laundry. All those services are
included in the rent.
For each apartment you can buy a
Internet - and telephone access. We do not charge any additional costs
on the telephone connections.
All charges for
electricity, water, heating, TV
license fees are already included in the rent.
At most locations
we can offer you a parking lot or garage space for a
small price.
Of course, children and
babies are welcome as well. For a price of CHF 100 per month we can
provide you an additional bed or baby bed if wished.
If you bring your pet with you,
please inform us before you move in.
All risk of housing in our apartments f.e. accident, illness or loosing
own belongs through water, fire or robbery are not insured by the
landlord. We can arrange the contact to a local insurance.
